Recipe: Protein packed Avocado toast


This is my favorite breakfast meal, and it takes less than 5 minutes to makes. It also fills you up for several hours. Here is how you make it:


Wheat/whole grain toast
1/2 Avocado
A few slices of tomato
Lemon pepper seasoning
Garlic salt

1. Scoop the avocado into a bowl, and season it to taste with the garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Mash the avocado together, and top it with tomato.

I’ve made several versions of this recipe. I’ve topped it with chicken, a fried egg, and lemon slices. Each time, I’ve been filled, and had a lot of energy. Check it out.
