Recipe: Mango-Banana “Nice Cream”

This is my favorite desert ever! Tastes so delicious. It just gets tough to make it when you don’t have a food processor, or a blender.

All you have to do is take a few bananas that are turning brown, slice them up (slice them as small as you can if you don’t have a blender), then freeze them for about an hour.

Do the same with a mango.

Take the fruit out of the freezer, and blend them together. So simple.

You can add vanilla almond milk or coconut milk to make it creamy, or a little coconut water to make it a little more smooth. I added coconut water.

Don’t forget to top with some fresh fruit slices.
